I’m waiting to see if I can get my footage I took from the boat adventure Cobrasnake and I did in Bali a few weeks ago will be recovered from a data recovery service. The first one I brought it to cost almost $1000. For a damaged flip camera, I can’t imagine it having to cost near $1000. Does anyone know any places that are reliable and inexpensive i can send my flip camera to to get the data retrieved/recovered? It’s been badly water damaged but its a BRAND NEW FLIP?! Maybe Flip can help me out? Please leave comments if you have any suggestions… Thanks guys

Ask for Anthony at Tekserve in NYC.
212) 929-3645 + Option 1 + Option 1
or
(212) 929-3645 + Option 1 + Option 2
Tekserve does Apple repair & sales (it was one of the few places in NYC to service Apple products before the Apple Stores opened)
But Anthony does data retrieval & he will be able to help you out.
I would hurry though cuz water is corrosive…
good luck
